When will I receive my order?
Orders that are shipped from EU are processed and delivered in multiple stages, so delivery times are longer than standard domestic shipping.
Delivery stages & estimated timeframes
1. Order preparation & dispatch from the EU warehouse
Your order will be prepared and dispatched from our EU warehouse within 3–8 working days from the order date. You will receive an email once the order has been dispatched from EU warehouse and it is on its way to Turkey.
2. Transit to Turkey & customs processing
Once dispatched from the EU, your order will travel to the Turkey Warehouse and go through customs processing. This process should take approx. 7 working days.
Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse and must follow mandatory logistics and customs procedures before being delivered in Turkey. This ensures your order complies with local regulations and reaches you safely. Sometimes this entails longer delivery times.
We manage all the customs procedures and related customer duties so you do not have to worry about it.
3. Final delivery in Turkey
Once your order arrives to our Turkey local warehouse it will be processed and handed over to the courier. At this moment you will receive the tracking number and the order will be delivered to you within 2–3 working days.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Siparişim ne zaman ulaşır?
Avrupa Birliği'nden gönderilen siparişler birden fazla aşamada işleme alınıp teslim edilir. Bu nedenle teslimat süreleri standart yurt içi gönderimden daha uzundur.
Teslimat aşamaları ve tahmini süreler
1. Siparişin hazırlanması ve Avrupa Birliği'nden gönderim
Siparişiniz, sipariş tarihinden itibaren 3-8 iş günü içinde Avrupa Birliği deposunda hazırlanarak sevk edilir. Sipariş Avrupa Birliği deposundan gönderildiğinde, Türkiye'ye yola çıktığı konusunda e-posta ile bilgi alırsınız.
2. Türkiye'ye sevkiyat ve gümrük işlemleri
Avrupa Birliği'nden sevk edilerek Türkiye deposuna ulaşan siparişleriniz gümrük işlemlerine tabi tutulur. Bu süreç yaklaşık 7 iş günü sürer.
Avrupa Birliği deposundan gönderilen siparişler Türkiye'de teslim edilmeden önce zorunlu lojistik ve gümrük prosedürlerinden geçmek zorundadır. Bu süreç, siparişinizin yerel mevzuata uygun olmasını ve güvenle size ulaşmasını sağlar. Bazen bu işlemler teslimat süresinin uzamasına neden olabilir.
Müşterinin yerine getirmesi gereken tüm prosedürleri ve ilgili gümrük işlemlerini biz hallediyoruz. Bu konuda endişelenmeyin.
3. Türkiye'de nihai teslimat
Siparişiniz Türkiye'deki yerel depoya ulaştığında işleme alınır ve kargo firmasına teslim edilir. Bu süreçte size bir takip numarası verilir ve siparişiniz 2-3 iş günü içinde teslim edilir.
