RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Access the website and create the return
Registered user: Registered user: Access your account on www.guess.eu, go to Orders and select the order and all of the products that you would like to return.
Guest user: If you placed your order as a guest, click here, enter your order number and the email address used to place it.

Prepare the parcel
Wrap up the goods you wish to return in the provided carton or envelope (or any other sturdy box). If you use the original packaging, please make sure to cover any previous shipping labels.

Dispatch
Take the parcel to the nearest post office and ship it. The label is prepaid, therefore the return is free of charge.

Wait for the refund
The refund will only be issued through the payment method you chose to place the order - Credit Card, PayPal or Sofort. Refunds take different periods of time depending on how you paid.
