How do I earn Loyalty points and check my point balance?

You earn 1 point for every spent online or in participating stores (excluding shipping fees). Points are awarded when buying a Gift Card, but not when paying with a Gift Card or a Guess Voucher. You can also earn extra points by completing your profile or inviting friends.

Points are credited:

- Immediately for in-store purchases.
- After the return period for online orders.

You can check your Loyalty points balance anytime in your online account or by asking in-store staff at participating Guess stores.

How can I burn my Loyalty points to create Loyalty Vouchers and how can I use them?

You can redeem your points for Loyalty Vouchers to get discounts on full-price items. Just log into your account, convert your points into a Voucher, and apply it at checkout online or in participating stores. Loyalty Vouchers are valid for 3 months, can’t be used with other promotions, and are non-refundable once issued.

If an order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding points will be re-credited.

What is the validity period of my points and Status?

You can earn Earn & Burn points throughout the calendar year and enjoy extra time to use them. Points earned during the year can be redeemed until March 31st of the following year. Status Points reset at the beginning of the new year. However, the Status level you achieve and its associated benefits remain valid for the entire following year, allowing you to continue enjoying your rewards even with a new points balance.
